wonderful meditation

I love this, it's beautiful, it really gives you the chance to escape. It is a wonderful meditation where you can drift off and swim with the dolphins. I have this downloaded on my iPod. Unfortunately my dad was diagnosed with cancer in his bowels, liver and lungs a week before Christmas last year. During a session of reflexology that I was giving my dad he asked if he could listen to my iPod.

Quite by chance this recording came on and he absolutely loved it, he drifted off so deeply and it gave him an hour or so where he could escape from his condition. It was wonderful to see how peaceful he looked listening to this. He has since asked to listen to this every time he has reflexology which is 2-3 times a week and each time the peace and bliss he seems to experience is wonderful. He loves it all, the meditation, the music and just being able to drift off somewhere else.

It is a blessing to be able to let him listen to this at what is a really difficult time for us all. I have also been listening to this a lot and I always feel at peace myself following listening, particularly as we have been told that he only has a few weeks left. I want to say thank you on behalf of my Dad, this has been a total blessing.
